Rare desk lamp from JUMO 50s.

Since the 1940s, Yves Jujeau and André & Pierre Mounique founded the Jumo brand from the 1st two letters of their names.

This iconic brand has created many desk lamps which curiously are neither carriers of the brand nor logo, with the exception of the famous model Lucidus block aware design ”Streamline”.

Le The model proposed here offers the same technology as the famous Jielde (joint devoid of electrical son – electrical contact Onduflex washers) which allows the entire infinite positions and outstanding aesthetics.

This robust lamp is fixed on a table, desk or workbench with the aid of a locking pliers (fixation possible on a plate with a thickness between 1 and 6 cm) 

• Tubes arms and steel globe
• Joints aluminum
• Drop switch brass positioned on the locking pliers

This lamp has been fully dismantled, stripped and restored in our workshop:

• The steels are brushed and protected with carnauba wax
• All were polished aluminum
• Electrification is completely new (dark gray cotton yarn, new electrical plug standards)
• The globe is equipped with a brass bushing (B22 bayonet base) – LED bulb provided.
